Zempire has knocked our expectations out of the park with their 2025 season offerings, and the reveal of their all-new MonstaBed range is no exception!

Using newly patented technology, we can ensure you'll have the best night's sleep you've ever had at a campsite! Zempire has created a hybrid that combines the performance and comfort of a Monstamat self inflating mattress (SIM) with the ease of use of a durable airbed, providing you with unmatched insulation from the ground, and lift that was previously only possible through a stretcher or similar bulky camping bed.

Comfort Where Space is a Premium

Zempire has designed the MonstaBed mats as a way to bring the comfort of home with you to the campsite with minimal effort. They offer them in two sizes (the self explanatory Single and Twin mats) and are designed provide the same amount of comfort as a full stretcher camping bed could provide while taking up a fraction of the space on the road.

While it is true that airbeds suffer from reliability issues and negative connotations compared to their SIM counterparts, Zempire has spared no expense with the inflatable bed base found on these MonstaBeds. The Aero-Frame Base Layer is made from TPU coated polyester, boasting an unbelievable 150 Denier thickness with a ripstop grid woven into the fabric to boot!

Sleep Has Never Felt This Good

With a combined height of 42cm (a 32cm base layer, and a 10cm self inflating mat top), the MonstaBed makes you feel as if you're sleeping on a cloud. The height is similar to that of a stretcher bed which ensures you won't need to fall onto a low-profile camping mat ever again.

The soft touch sleeping surface material has been specifically chosen as it reduces noise while you move during the night, this helps you (and anyone else sharing a tent with you) achieve a great night's sleep. The self-inflating top makes great use of Open Cell Foam, a type of foam that is highly compressible for a small pack size, but also has a high air capacity and acts somewhat as a 'memory' foam that moulds to the contours of your body.

Quick as a Flash Setup

The top and bottom section of the MonstaBed mats inflate separately, the top inflating itself once the valve is set to open, and the bottom utilizing large 360° double-way valves to allow a large volume of air in at any one time.

The MonstaBeds also come with a valve designed for use with their all-new MonstaPump (sold separately)! The bed and the pump are a match made in heaven as you can pop the pump on, turn it on and let it work it's magic! Though the pump is available separately, we think it's a must-have for your inflatable needs.
