Vango’s Lismore Air 700DLX tent is all about giving you a big tent at a great price. Vango have really made sure that quality has not been comprised while providing all of the key features you need to feel at home on site. An inflatable Airbeam frame makes pitching the tent a dream yet gives you a strong defence against the elements. Not only does the Lismore DLX have more space than the average tent but it also has premium features that are not normally seen on a tent at this price point. We see the 700 model as a comfy 6 berth, or a very comfy 4 berth tent but it does have the capacity to sleep more when extra guests come to stay.

The most notable improvement Vango have made is in the development of their Sentinel Fabric, this latest material has been dyed in a different method which not only increases the colour retention of the fabric but also the process uses 60% less water making it more eco-friendly. With a waterproof rating of 3,000mm HH, it is armoured with more than enough to cope with the typical British weather. Pre-angled Airbeams tubes help to increase internal height and take no longer a minute to inflate, so the whole tent can be pitched within 11 minutes.

The Deluxe Lismore is different to the standard versions of the tent as it features storm straps on the front and back for additional stability. The tent also has a rain safe brow canopy of the side door, this allows you to enter into the main living area without the elements following you in. Finally, the main benefit of the DLX model is the flexibility you get with the front door. The awning door can open from one side to another so that you can create the setup you desire. If you are looking to have an open canopy then you can take the zips all the way down to the bottom and fold the door away so that it doesn’t even look like there is one.

The tent has key features such as dark ‘Nightfall bedrooms’, which enable you to have a longer and better night's sleep as you won’t be waking up when the sun does. Inside the bedroom there are also storage pockets to give you an easily accessible point for storing items like phones or torches so you can find them in the middle of the night. Other important features include cable entry points, toggle-up privacy curtains, mesh windows internally and low-level panels externally.
