Telta’s Soul Air Awning is perfect for the camper who’s after plenty of space! The bay window design gives you a panoramic view of the campsite while a front canopy protects the rain from dripping inside. A deeper than standard depth of 300cm make this Telta’s roomiest awning. With the option of two sizes (390 & 490) you can really choose the right size for your vehicle. Seeing as the Soul is compatible with motorhomes as well as caravans, the sizes have been designed so that it will work with 4m & 5m windout awnings. All of the windows have a slight tint to them so that even while you’re enjoying the view, there is also an element of privacy. If concealment is required then traditional styled caravan curtains are included as standard. Telta gives you the option to extend the awning by removing the side panel and adding an extra-large annexe which can be used for sleeping extra guests or increasing your living area.

One of the best things about Telta Awnings is their flexibility in the vehicles they can fit. A clever multi zip design allows the awning to fit any vehicle with an attachment height from 235cm to 280cm, which covers 99% of the Motorhomes and Caravans on the market; this means that all you have to worry about is how wide you want the awning to be. Breathability is again one of the key talking points of the awning as Telta have used a rugged UV resistant breathable fabric, which is around 20% lighter than other brands materials. This then means that the overall awning weight is more on par with a Touring Awning but, unlike a Touring awning, this can be used for All Season use as well as for the odd weekend away. The weight of the awning can be further reduced by zipping all of the panels out and storing them in a separate bag to make it even more manageable. This then helps when you come to pitch the awning, as you will only have to feed the roof and the tubes into the awning rail which will be lighter still.

The Soul Awning has a single inflation point and multiple deflation points which makes the awning not only simple to pitch but a dream to pack away. Telta have pioneered a new material for the protective tube sleeves which not only increase the strength of the casing but helps to again reduce the weight. This also helps to reinforce the structure of the Air Frame which makes the awning a whole lot sturdier. A double-pitch roof helps with water run-off while also increasing the internal height; this in turn also makes the awning feel roomier and avoids the habitational door of the vehicle scraping the awning while in use. The height of the side panel has also been increased, so there is no need to stoop when entering or exiting the awning and the mesh side door helps to increase ventilation alongside the apex roof vent.
