Outwell have done a fantastic job in rejuvenating their Driveaway Awning ranges for the 2025 season, and nowhere is this more apparent than in their Road Trip Air Collection!

The Santa Monica Air Driveaway Awning is the perfect option for solo campers, couples, and small gatherings of friends and family. It provides you with an additional living space separate from the main vehicle, and can be used as an optional sleeping space using a free-standing inner bedroom. There are multiple access points (the covered front door, and two side doors placed in the tunnel) and is easily detached when you need to use the vehicle off of the camp site. The front door features an additional mesh panel behind the main door, which is great for keeping good air circulation and significantly lowering the risk of condensation without any insects getting in.

The Road Trip Air Collection as a whole instils a new sense of freedom in its adopters. Outwell has outdone themselves with innovation this year, and this can be seen everywhere. Their all-new Drive Away Ready system offers a simplified method of connecting and disconnecting the awning from the vehicle, ensuring a seamless transition between exploring and down-time and doing it all without the need for an additional fixing kit!

A lot of Outwell's iconic features are back with the new season, such as their Lite Pegging System which equips you with three different peg types designed for specific functions such as luminous plastic pegs for guylines - so that you can see them easier at night! Their Guyline Retainer System also makes a grand return which helps you avoid the rage of tangled guylines after you've packed the awning away, and fully taped zips and seams ensure a watertight seal against the British weather. These awnings are also equipped with a dual kador bead, providing a great fit regardless of the type of rail you're attaching this to.

An additional bedroom section is available for purchase separately. This gives you an additional sleeping space for up to two guests and can be easily removed when not in use.
