What is the HH rating of the tent (not the ground sheet ) ?

As the Ascension TC 401 Tent is polycotton, it doesn’t have an HH because the mixture of Polyester and Cotton gives the material a natural waterproof. One thing you would have to do is pitch the tent and get it wet on its first outing. This is to allow the cotton element of the fabric to plump up and seal, thus then making it waterproof because the weave tightens/swells. Unlike a Polyester tent where a false PU Coating has to be applied to the fabric to make it waterproof.
