Click & Collect
Do you offer a Click and Collect service?
Yes, if you wish to order an item online for collection in-store please select the ‘click and collect’ delivery option when placing an order on our website.
How do I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email notification when the order is ready to collect in-store. This can take up to 48 hours, you will not be able to collect your item before you have received this email.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need a valid form of photo ID (driving license or passport) to collect your order and a copy of your confirmation email containing your order number.
Where do I collect my order?
All collections are made from the ‘Tent Sales and Information’ desk situated in the middle of the store.
What are your store opening hours for collections?
Our store is open from 9 am until 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm Sundays, you can collect any time within these hours. On bank holidays we are open 10 am - 5 pm.
Please also note that we are closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
I've placed a click-and-collect order but need it urgently, what do I do?
If you need to collect your order on the same day please call the shop to see if this is possible. Please quote your name, order reference and ask one of our staff members.
How do I return my Click and Collect Order?
As the item was ordered online and not bought in our shop the refund will need to be processed through the website team. Please contact us via email if you would like a refund on the item and we can start the refund process.
Will my item be refunded straight away?
Our shop staff cannot refund any click-and-collect orders in-store at the time of collection. Please contact us via email if you would like a refund on the item and we can start the refund process.
I've ordered a click-and-collect order but need to cancel, what do I do?
If you wish to cancel your click and collect order please contact us via email at websales@attwoolls.co.uk or call on 01452 742233 as soon as possible.
