Dometic's Club Air Driveaway Awning is back with a bang for the 2025 season, and this time it's wearing a new jacket!

Don't be fooled however, this new fabric is more than just a fresh coat of paint. The all-new Weathershield™ Tour fabric features a rip-stop polyester thread woven into the fabric to help strengthen the material against sharp objects. The fabric is still premium at 300 denier, and has been treated with an increased waterproofing level for more consistent weather protection throughout. Additionally Dometic's use of dope-dyeing has vastly reduced the amount of water used in the dyeing process. As these fibres are dyed before they're spun the colour persists fully throughout the fabric, this reduces the visual effect of UV fading on the awning and keeps them looking good as new for longer!

The Club Air Tour Driveaway is based on Dometic's best-selling porch awning but has seen some tweaks to be better suited for VW-sized vehicles, without losing any of their iconic flexibility. As all of the panels on the Club Driveaway can be removed you are able to separate the awning into two bags to help make the pack size more manageable plus use the awning as a gazebo. Additional Bedroom annexe can be zipped onto either side of the awning to accommodate extra guests.

The Awning can be attached in several different methods: a pre-stitched kador can go directly into a rail but for ease of use we would recommend using a fixing kit. throw over straps are supplied with the awning to use it on any van with or without a connection method, while an additional pole & clamp kit can be purchased to utilise the gutter sleeve.
